Bhandari Group, an independent family business, was established in 1977. Bhandari Steels, the flagship company of the group which was established in 1977, is a well established, leading and renowned trade house in the country. In its quest for diversification and expansion, the group set up a manufacturing unit christened Bhandari Foils and Tubes Ltd (BFTL), in 1995, to manufacture Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Coils and Foils in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Its resistance to corrosion and staining, low maintenance, affordability and recycle friendly nature makes it an ideal base material for a multitude of applications. BFTL is playing a pivotal role in this revolution. Starting with a cold rolling mill complex, the company started expanding its operations by setting up state of the art facilities to manufacture SS Tubes & Pipes, followed by Heat Exchanger Tubes (HE Tubes), and Pipe Fittings.
